Further nominations for any office may be submitted to the secretary two weeks prior to the annual meeting for presentation to the general membership.

Nominations may be made from the floor the day of elections with prior consent of the nominee.

The above list will be posted at Mapleton, Broadway Foothills and CMC in November, 30 days prior to the election.
