In the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.

Applications for the 2009 Auxiliary scholarships are available in the Volunteer Services Office and on the Auxiliary website.  Each year, the Auxiliary awards $50,000 in scholarships to high school graduates, former recipients of scholarships and BCH employees.  The 2009 Scholarship Reception will be held on Friday, May 8th from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. in the Leo Hill Conference Room at Foothills Hospital.

In 2008, the BCH Auxiliary sponsored 13 different vendor sales.  The sales were varied:  leather, African baskets, wooden roses, jewelry, clothing, accessories, and scrubs.  Due to your participation, each sale was successful and the Auxiliary made a profit of over $11,000.  Thanks to all of you who made purchases and volunteered at the sales.

The profits from vendor sales benefit patients and staff at BCH.

CELL CHARGE STATION

A new cell phone charging station has been installed at

Broadway near the ATM machine across from the

Gift Shop.  There is also a charging station next to the

ATM machine near the front desk at Foothills.  

Proceeds from these stations help support projects of the Auxiliary.
